With a wide variety of exercises, nothing is overlooked or left behind. The four sessions a week in this calisthenics workout program focus on key bodyweight exercises with a simple and progressive plan that adapts to your fitness level:

  • A warm-up

  • A block of exercises with an adjustable level of difficulty designed to train you for:

• Handstands and handstand push-ups • Muscle-ups • Planches

  • A strength training block including:

• Pull-ups • Push-ups • L-sits

  • A circuit training block with an adjustable level of difficulty that homes in on:

Calisthenics uses different angles, leverages and training protocols to help you get stronger while in a specific position and get better at key moves.

We provide a variation for each exercise to ensure the program is always adapted to your fitness level. For instance, when learning the handstand, the first step is to master the frog stand, then move on to more difficult variations, like the wall handstand.
