The Sweet Dreams program is part of the FizzUp service. By taking out a FizzUp Premium subscription you will have access to the 250 programs available on FizzUp. Prices range from 1 month to 12 months.
The program consists of 12 sessions, which we recommend you do over 3 weeks. Each session lasts between 20 and 45 minutes. There are optional blocks that you can add depending on the time you have available or your motivation.
FizzUp has a whole section available free of charge. A dozen programs are freely accessible. All the others are part of FizzUp Premium.
